Terms of Use
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms are between you and Alameer Ashraf ("we"), who make Rush Squad. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The store's rules also apply
If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement applies too. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply too.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. The game, its art, sounds, characters and name belong to us. Please don't copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
Coins, skins and other in-game items
Coins, skins, guns and other in-game items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be transferred. Your items are saved on your phone, so deleting the game or losing your phone can remove them. We may rebalance prices and rewards in updates.
Purchases
Real-money purchases, when available, are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are decided by them under their rules. Nothing here limits any refund right you have by law. See Support for how to restore a purchase or ask for a refund.
Ads
The game may show ads, including ads you choose to watch for a reward. We don't control what advertisers offer on their own sites. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair play
Please don't cheat by modifying the game or use it to break the law.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game. We'll try to keep your saved progress working across updates, but we can't promise every update will.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law where you live doesn't let us limit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
