Your progress

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone. There's no account, so nothing is stored online by the game.

I got a new phone. Can I keep my progress?

If you move to the new phone with an iCloud or Android backup or a direct transfer, your progress usually comes with it. Otherwise it stays on the old phone, because the game has no account to bring it back from.

My progress disappeared after I deleted the game

Deleting the game deletes its saved progress. If you have a phone backup from before you deleted it, restoring that backup may bring it back.

Purchases and refunds

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds come from them.

I paid and didn't get my item

Try Restore Purchases first. If it's still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and the receipt from Apple or Google. Please don't send card details.

Playing the game

How do I steer and jump?

Drag left and right to steer. Swipe up to jump. Tap a gun in the red box to fire it.

How do I turn off sound, music or vibration?

Open Settings from the Home screen and use the Sound, Music and Haptics switches. The pause screen has them too.

The game feels slow on my phone
  • Close other apps and restart the game.
  • Turn off Low Power Mode or battery saver if it's on.
  • Turn Haptics off in Settings.

If it's still slow, tell us your phone model and the level.

The game crashed or something looks wrong

Email us what you were doing when it happened and add a screenshot if you can.

What data does the game collect?

The game saves your progress on your phone and doesn't send it to us. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I delete my data?

How do I stop my child making purchases?

Use Screen Time on iPhone or purchase approval on Google Play.
